Leadership School invites innovators and future business leaders to an open meeting with Danish innovator and entrepreneur Lars Kolind, who has started and strategically developed more than 30 world-class companies and inspired business leaders from LEGO to Grundfos. The conversation covers the challenges and opportunities of building a successful business and rethinking management and work: from the "unboss" idea of shared purpose and collaboration instead of top-down control, to non-hierarchical management, team-based workspaces and creating positive impact that lasts.
