EQAF Students' Pre-Conference 2026

About this event

Before the European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF) opens, the European Students' Union holds a students' pre-conference at the National Polytechnic University of Armenia. It explores how quality assurance can connect learning with a changing world of work while protecting the broader purposes of higher education, with students as equal partners. Key questions: who defines the skills and competences that matter, what quality assurance should require from internships, placements, employer-designed learning and entrepreneurship, and how labour-market relevance can coexist with academic integrity, inclusion and higher education as a public good. The programme includes a session on ESU's Quality Assurance Student Experts' Pool, a main panel and an interactive workshop, and ends with student recommendations for EQAF 2026.
